Chef Executive Officer Required 

NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sasthan Ltd. is a class 'D' Financial Institution ( National level), establish five years ago with the initiation of Nabil Bank Limited, DEPROSC- Nepal and Lumbini Development Bank Ltd. having its Central Office in Gajuri, Dhading to contribute in the economic growth of deprived communities through increase of financial access and microfinance services.

NADEP invites applications from interested and qualified Nepali nationals for the position of Chef Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will take lead in operation, growth and development of the organization with the following key job responsibilities, but not limiting to;

- Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements      as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations and directives of regulators.
- Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budgets and programmes for the growth and
  development of NADEP,
-Ensure effective human and financial resource management and update of management
  Information System (MIS),
- Maintain functional relations with the regulators; other banks and financial institutions; and
  federations and apex bodies,

Requirements: This position required a person of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on robust set of competences demonstrating experiences and achievements in the ares below:
- Master Degree in Economics/Business administration / Statistics / Agriculture / Social Science/
  Law/ from reputed university.
- At least 12 years of working experience in the field of Bank and Financial Sector with exclusive
  experience of at least 10 years in management level,
- Strong commitment to mission and core values of microfinance.
- Procficiency in Nepali and English; must posses communication and computer skills.
- Should be able to take initiative, preseverance and demonstrate the ability to motivate and
  manage a team.
- Minimum age 35, on the date of first announcement.

  programme will be preferred for bachelor and 3 years of work experience for master degree.
- Logistic officer should be responsible for overall management of the logistics support for project.
- Willingness and enthusiastic to travel on remote areas of Makwanpur as per to monitor the supply
  chain and working with most vulnerable and marginal people.

3. Position : Sub Engineers - 2 Positions 
 Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience in Reconstruction related Project.
- Knowledge as skill on survey, design, estimation, and construction supervision ans ensure quality
  control as well as skill to operate Auto- CAD, Excel and other.
- Good knowledge on ongoing private houses as reconstruction by National Reconstruction Authority

4. Position : Social Mobilizer - 2 Positions
 Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Intermediate in any discipline or TSLC ( Civil Sub - Overseer) with 3 years of experience on
  Recovery, and reconstruction project in Makwanpur district.
- Good knowledge and skill on social mobilization in most vulnerable and marginal community with
  should be skill on door to door mobilization tools.
- Have familiar on using PRA & RRA tools.

5. Position : Project Accountant 
Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Completed Bachelor Degree ( Master's Degree Preferred) in Management, or any other relevant
  field with 4 year experience in financial management for bachelor and 2 year experience for master
  degree
- Good skills and knowledge on using Accounting Package ( Famous, Money Works Gold)
- Able to prepare financial report as per the requirement.
