MONITORING AND EVALUATION ASSOCIATE, HARIYO BAN PROGRAM
(Based in Kathmandu)
Major Responsibilities : Under the direct supervision of the Monitoring , Evaluation and Documentation Officer; the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate will primarily focus on database management and associated tasks in close coordination with the M&E Team. S/he will be primarily responsible for maintaining and updating the online database system in close coordination with the program units and field offices, as required. S/he will assist the consortium partners in reviewing existing database formats for necessary improvements and update the user's guideline accordingly.
Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree in environment management, development or any related field is required. S/he should have at least two years of work experience with one year specifically in monitoring & evaluation. Knowledge and use of statistical tools is required. S/he should be adept in MS Office, with strong communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and team - player skills are essential.
