Centre for Community Development, Nepal (CCDN) is a reputedand non- profit, non- religious NGO based in Makwanpur invited applications from the interested and eligible candidates (Nepali Citizens) who are reliable, accountable, have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity and value's diversity for the following position (s) for a leave No- One Behind Housing in Earthquake - Affected Districts of Nepal project in partnership with Practical Action Nepal.

1. Position: Project Coordinator - 1 
Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Completed Bachelor Degree ( Master's Degree Preferred) in Engineering Agriculture, Development
  Studies or any other relevant field with 5 year experience on recovery and reconstruction in housing
  programme in earthquake affected district for bachelor and similarly 3 year experience for master       degree.
- Project coordinator should be responsible for effective implementation of the project activities to
  achieved better results of the project.
- Good Knowledge and skills associated with planning, budgeting, implementation and supervision of
  the field level activities as well as monitoring and evaluation.

2. Position : Logistic Officer - 1
Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Completed Bachelor Degree ( Master's Degree Preferred) in Management, or any other relevant
  field with 5 years experience on recovery and reconstruction programme especially on housing   
  programme will be preferred for bachelor and 3 years of work experience for master degree.
- Logistic officer should be responsible for overall management of the logistics support for project.
- Willingness and enthusiastic to travel on remote areas of Makwanpur as per to monitor the supply
  chain and working with most vulnerable and marginal people.

3. Position : Sub Engineers - 2 Positions 
 Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience in Reconstruction related Project.
- Knowledge as skill on survey, design, estimation, and construction supervision ans ensure quality
  control as well as skill to operate Auto- CAD, Excel and other.
- Good knowledge on ongoing private houses as reconstruction by National Reconstruction Authority

4. Position : Social Mobilizer - 2 Positions
 Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Intermediate in any discipline or TSLC ( Civil Sub - Overseer) with 3 years of experience on
  Recovery, and reconstruction project in Makwanpur district.
- Good knowledge and skill on social mobilization in most vulnerable and marginal community with
  should be skill on door to door mobilization tools.
- Have familiar on using PRA & RRA tools.

5. Position : Project Accountant 
Desired Qualification and experiences:
- Completed Bachelor Degree ( Master's Degree Preferred) in Management, or any other relevant
  field with 4 year experience in financial management for bachelor and 2 year experience for master
  degree
- Good skills and knowledge on using Accounting Package ( Famous, Money Works Gold)
- Able to prepare financial report as per the requirement.
